What I love about fish is that there are so many different kinds. When you’re cooking chicken or beef, it always tastes like chicken or beef. But when you decide on fish for dinner, you have a lot of different options! Some of them are a bit heavier than others, so if you’re trying to follow a lighter diet, pay attention to the nutrition facts.
