When Breakfast and Dessert Share Common Ground It’s Always a Win

I love a big cup of strong, steaming hot coffee in the morning. You don’t even want to talk to me before I have my coffee – unless you’re bringing this with you. This is the BFF of morning coffee!

The aromas of this cinnamon roll casserole baking in the oven are enough to get your morning going, never mind the taste of your first bite! Your family will thank you when you put this one out on the breakfast table. Using refrigerated cans of cinnamon rolls with icing and a few other kitchen staples, this casserole comes together in no time.

Chopped pecans, maple syrup, and icing are drizzled over top of a cinnamon roll base with an egg mixture filling. Make this for a weekend breakfast and have leftovers for dessert, if there are any!

Quick Tip: If you’re not a coffee drinker, a tall glass of milk will be perfect with these cinnamon rolls.
