So far I haven’t run into a single person who hasn’t liked these. They’re so tasty that they instantly become everyone’s favorite. And they’re so easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko crispy bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks for serving
Instructions:
Mix together 1 pound of ground chicken, ½ a cup of panko bread crumbs, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of celery seed.
Form 1-inch sized meatballs (you can use a cookie scoop to do it easily).
In a large skillet brown the meatballs slightly on each side. Warning: Don’t skip this step or they will fall apart in the slow cooker.
Add the browned meatballs to the slow cooker and top with 1 cup of buffalo wing sauce. Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 2 to 3 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through.
Quick Tip: Serve this ranch or blue cheese for dipping!
