Give The Gift Of Buttery Pecan Snowball Cookies This Holiday Season

My niece had a bit of a predicament after the holidays.

Last Christmas, my brother, and his wife decided to spend their Christmas in a tropical place, which meant there wasn’t any snow. While my niece enjoyed the adventure, she was quite disappointed that she wasn’t able to experience White Christmas. You should have seen the look on her face when she realized that while there was still snow, it wasn’t Christmas anymore.

My heart melted because it was a simple child’s dream. It made me realize how simple things can make children truly happy. Andy knew she couldn’t do anything about it so she just made her these snowball cookies.

They’re really delicious! I might have asked her to pack some for me so I could bring home some to my boyfriend. My niece’s mood was considerably lifted up, but she was still sad that she wouldn’t get to experience White Christmas for at least another year.

I just had to hug her. That’s what I could do at the moment. At least she did enjoy the cookies. I felt like she was the only one who managed to surpass the number of cookies that I was able to eat. Oops.
