The holidays are just around the corner and I’ve been planning my menu.
I am the one who cooks everything almost every year so I have to be strategic about these upcoming feasts. When I laid my eyes on these cranberry almond cheesecake bars I was instantly transported to dessert heaven. Just look how rich and creamy that filling appear! And the cranberry sauce, oh boy! Now, I have to leave the almonds out of my recipe because my little guy has a tree nut allergy.
