These Mini Cheesecakes Are The Only Way To Do Dessert

My daughter was having her first child, and our first grandchild. I couldn’t have been more excited, nervous, and anxious for the little bundle of joy to arrive. I was going to do anything and everything I could to make my first born happy and comfortable during her experience. I remember what it was like being pregnant, and I had a hard time with it. My daughter knows me pretty well, so she tried to keep me busy. She kept me in the loop when she was going shopping or working on the nursery. It was great to be a part of something so special.

As part of my new Grandma role, she wanted me to help take care of the baby shower. She wanted to do it personally instead of paying the big cost of having the party catered. It was going to be a big job, but I was confident that I could handle it. That was why I was so excited when I found this recipe on The Recipe Rebel for fruit crisp cheesecakes.

I knew that dessert was taken care of. They were so fun and cute. I thought my little girl, who was about to be a mom, (gasp) would get a kick out of them, and she did. Everyone did in fact… I got tons of compliments.
