The Trial Skillet Ramen Noodles

This recipe is perfect if you crave for something Asian such as ramen and you want a simple home-cooked meal that doesn’t require a lot of ingredients. Most of these, you can just find in your cupboard. You don’t need to stress yourself over for the lack of ingredients at hand!

This is something new that I served to my friends and guess what—they devoured it in no time! They love trying new things and while this recipe doesn’t require unique ingredients, it tasted really good and was more than enough to suit their tastes.

 

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Wesson vegetable oil

2 (3-ounce) packages Great Value chicken-flavored Ramen noodles

2 cups water

1 cup Green Giant frozen peas and carrots

 

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Break up noodles and add to skillet, cooking until browned, stirring constantly.

Add noodle seasoning packets, water, and vegetables; cook until all water is absorbed and noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.

Quick Tip: To make this more of a meal, add some cooked, chunked chicken. Yum!
