Juicy pork chops, anyone?
Okay folks, it doesn’t get much easier then this! For a deliciously tender and flavorful sweet and sour pork chop dinner, dig out your slow cooker and dump everything in. Throw a bag of Asian-style veggies into the crock pot, followed by your boneless pork chops, a bottle of sweet and sour sauce with some water and 8 hours later dinner is ready! Serve this up with some rice and a salad and your family will be calling you ‘chef’… (little do they know how easy it really was!)
I have to warn you, though. These are extremely delicious and people will get a little sensitive if you run out of these! So make sure you have enough for your whole family – one of these per person is enough but they won’t want to settle for just one!

Quick Tip: I enjoy spicy food so I always add a bit of red pepper flakes!
