No Need For A Cheat Day When You Can Have Something As Tasty And Lean As This!
Every time I decide to start eating healthy, I give myself one cheat day every two weeks. That’s when I’m allowed to have something that I really crave, even if it’s really fatty, sugary or just overall bad for you.
Usually I go with either pizza (double cheese, of course) or some kind of a cake (chocolate frosting never fails), but this time my cheat meal wasn’t really a cheat meal at all!
You see, I have found the most delicious steak salad recipe! It is so yummy, it’s all I wanted when I was having another cheat day. So, why go for that heavy pizza, if what you really want is salad! I know it sounds crazy but this is THAT good.
