I’ve tried several recipes for pork chops over the years. Some of the best ones have been really delicious and juicy, but they’ve required a lot of work and sweating in the kitchen. And you know, I like my food easy, I’m lazy that way…
This is a fool-proof recipe for everyone who wants to serve their family or friends a delicious dinner without having to spend hours in the kitchen preparing for it!
Ingredients
6 boneless pork chops
Large bag of frozen Asian-style vegetables
12 oz. bottle of sweet and sour sauce
1/2 cup water
1 cup frozen snow peas
1/2 cup diced green onions
Instructions:
Set the frozen vegetables (except the snow peas) out for a moment while you assemble the rest of your materials. Add the frozen veggies into the crock pot and put your chops on top of them.
Mix the sauce and water together and pour them into the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours. Don’t try to speed things up by cooking them on high for a shorter time, it will make them dry up.
After 8 hours or so, crank the heat up to high and add in the snow peas. Cook for about 5 more minutes, then serve. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve with rice or rice noodles.

Quick Tip: My favorite side dish for these? Mashed potatoes, hands down!
