- 1 lb cream cheese
- 3⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large whole eggs plus 1 egg yolks
- 1⁄4 cup creme fraiche
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Irish whiskey, such as 2 gingers
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Toffee Pecan Pie
- 9 inches pie crusts (homemade or store bought)
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1⁄2 toasted pecan pieces
- 3⁄4 cup chopped Heath candy bar, pieces
