Mom’s Deviled Eggs Will Knock The Hunger Right Outta Ya!

I never know what to make when asked to bring a dish to pass. I’m always afraid that I am going to make something that someone else has made…the usual go-to potluck recipes. Whenever I make these, they are the only ones on the table. You can easily double or triple this recipe to make these for a larger party. If you have any leftovers, dice them up and you will have a nice egg salad sandwich spread and nothing goes to waste!

This is my favorite recipe for deviled eggs!

Ingredients

4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled

2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped

1 tablespoon Hellmann’s mayonnaise

1 green onion, chopped

1 pinch McCormick’s cayenne pepper

salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Then gently remove egg yolks to a bowl, add the rest of ingredients and mix well until filling becomes smooth paste.

Take the filling and fill the egg whites with it.
Sprinkle the green onion for garnish and serve.
