Celebrate The Holiday Season With Adorable Mini Pecan-Cranberry Pies

Joey loves to turn everything into miniature versions.

Her reasoning is always because they’re more convenient to eat and they’re easier to make. In fact, she sells miniature desserts online, but she is too shy to ask me to divulge the name and contact number here. I think it’s because her customers are mostly friends and families and she isn’t ready for anything big yet.

When she allows me, I will though. I promise. Because she makes the most delicious miniature desserts.

Her miniature blueberry tarts are my favorites. Well, that is until I tasted her pecan bites. They now share the top spot in my list.

Joey often serves her desserts in cookie trays during parties. They give off that vibe of “freshness” because they look like they came straight from the ovens. Her desserts are popular because she uses the freshest ingredients and she has free marketing in the forms of her dessert-loving friends such as me.

We always recommend her even to our relatives who lived near her. She can’t do “inter-state” yet. One of my aunts is a fan of her miniature brownies and she always asks me to order for her. This recipe for mini cranberry pecan pies reminds me of her pecan bites. They taste absolutely divine too and you wouldn’t stop eating once you get a taste!

Quick Tip: When cooking the fresh cranberries on the stove, use a deep saucepan to avoid splatters.
