Come And Get It! Creamy Corn Baked Casserole!

 

When I make a meal I like to make sure that I have plenty of sides. I am one of those people that like to have a variety on my plate. It’s how I grew up! Every time I would eat at my grandmother’s house, she would have a ton of things on the table. Bread and butter, sliced cheeses, pickles, veggies tray, applesauce, cottage cheese….just to name a few. There was always something that you were going to eat.

That was just naming a few too. I didn’t even get into the warm side dishes and salads. There was always a salad of some sort. My favorite was a cold noodle salad. Then, you had your potato dish and your veggie dish. I know that it sounds like my grandmother always put on a feast and that’s because she did! No one ever left her house feeling hungry. In fact, you left her house with more food to take home!

My favorite side dish that I remember her making was this creamy corn baked casserole. I could not get enough of this! I swear that when I was a little girl that I could eat this entire dish by myself. She would usually make a big casserole dish of it for me! I have made this several times for my family and they absolutely love it! This is a side dish that will be a repeat in your home!
