Triple Chocolate Banana Bread Is The Definition Of Pure Bliss

My Mom has always had a bit of a sweet tooth. Okay, she’s got a lot of a sweet tooth. The more chocolate the better as far as she’s considered. Whenever I can, I try and make her a nice dessert and surprise her with it. Most of the time it’s just cookies or brownies… something simple that I can toss together in a few minutes. She’s happy even if I just drop off a candy bar on the way to work. Once in a blue moon, I enjoy making her a really special treat, so when I found this recipe on Spend With Pennies I was pretty excited to get it to her.

I luckily already had all the ingredients that I needed to make this, and it went together really easily. The smell that took over the house was incredible. I couldn’t wait for it to be done. As soon as it came out of the oven, I loaded it up and took it right over to her house, mainly because I wanted to try some of it!

We sat down at the table and dove right in. It was so good, we had a hard time stopping after we started eating. We stayed right there and talked into the night about just about everything under the sun. It made a great memory, and it was delicious all at the same time.
