Bacon Ranch Potato Salad: Fast, Simple, Scrumptious, And Perfect For Your Next BBQ

Before everyone left, I had to grab that recipe from my Aunt. She knew the thing by heart and just said, “Do you have a pen?” I jotted it down as quickly as she shouted it out. I made it a few times last summer, and I already have it on the list to make again for a potluck BBQ coming up this summer. I haven’t made it in a while, so I’m pretty excited to enjoy the crisp, creamy, refreshing taste once again! That means summer is here! Ingredients

5 lbs potatoes

1 1/4 c. Hellmann’s mayo

1 1/4 c. Daisy sour cream

4 Tbsp Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning Mix

3 oz Real Bacon Bits

 

Instructions

Clean and cut potatoes into chunks. Place in a large pot of water and boil for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
Rinse potatoes in cold water. Place potatoes in fridge until completely cooled.
Mix mayo, sour cream Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning Mix, and bacon bits together in a small bowl.
After the potatoes are cold mix with dressing. Serve immediately.
