These Corn Dog Muffins Are Way BETTER Than Anything You’ll Get At A Fair!

I love my grand kids more than I love just about anything or anyone in the whole wide world. I couldn’t believe how much I could love another human until they were born. It really is an honor. If you aren’t a grandparent yet just wait, you will understand what I mean when it happens. I love having those little people over to my house whenever I can. They can be difficult to feed though. It’s almost impossible to find something that everyone likes, and there are 5 of them so far! I know, how lucky am I?

There is one thing that they can agree on, and that’s hot dogs. Whenever I need a main meat entree, that’s usually what I go for. Sure, it’s not the healthiest choice, but I’m not there to be healthy. I’m the Grandma, it’s my job to give them what they want. When I came across this recipe on Julie’s Eats & Treats for corn dog muffins, I knew I had to try them out.

About a week later they all showed up after school, as they so frequently do, so I got to work right away. These were almost easier to make than those frozen corn dogs that they love so much. The flavor is so much better!
