Can’t Have Just One Of These Teriyaki Meatball Skewers!

One time I was visiting home and I stayed with one of my older sisters. This was always fun because I got to wander around her big yard and play with my nieces and nephews. I particularly loved playing with those cuties because I didn’t get to see them that much since I lived so far away. We had a lot of fun times together. They are all teenagers now and do their own thing.

But I will never forget all of the sweet memories that I made with those kids. Being an aunt is a wonderful thing. And just like all good family memories, a lot of them have to do with food. I mean who doesn’t love to eat good food with your loved ones.

I used to love making skewers with these knuckle heads! They loved helping put the meatballs and veggies onto the skewers. They really felt like they were being a big help and making the meal for everyone, which is so sweet. I love cooking with little kids. They really loved this recipe as well. It is sweet, tangy, and crunchy.

Try this recipe out and make memories!
