I Bet You’ve Never Seen Cabbage Rolls Done Like This

Dinner on the farm at Grandma and Grandpa’s house was always a real big treat for us. They grew and raised almost all of their foods right at home. The fresh taste is something that cannot be duplicated. We used to go through Grandma’s garden and pick veggies right off the plant. No need to wash anything. She never used fertilizers or pesticides. Everything was completely organic and natural, and it was so tasty. She always had a big roll of cabbage, and when that was done, I knew we were getting cabbage rolls!

Mom never mastered the cabbage rolls, and she didn’t really care for them so we didn’t get them at home. Grandma and Grandpa would call and invite me and my sister over for dinner when she was making them because she knew how much we enjoyed them.

This recipe from All Recipes reminds me a lot of how Grandma used to do up her cabbage rolls. They are simply amazing. I’m so happy that I can make them for my family now!
