Get Your Minnesota Hot Dish Dip!

I don’t know what it is about dips, but I love them. I could eat a dip every single day I think. A lot of times I just go with the basic chips and dip or even some tortillas and salsa. Much to my disbelief, my family doesn’t share my love of dips. Well, my one year old daughter does, but I think she likes the actual dipping action more than what she is eating most of the time. So, whenever I get the chance to make a dip for a party or a game, I am jumping all over it. Sometimes I even make a couple of them… go crazy!

This hot dip recipe from All Recipes was one that I had never seen before. I do a lot of cream cheese and sour cream style appetizers, but this one is completely different. Country gravy and sausage? It sounded more like a breakfast at first… but this was incredible!

Even the rest of the family got in on this when I made it. It was almost disappointing to have to share! This was really good. I will be making this a whole lot for upcoming games and potlucks I can see that already.
