Say Goodbye To Winter With One More Bowl Of Piping Hot Chicken Noodle Soup

I don’t know if it was because of the weather getting all wonky or what, but at the start of the Spring, me and the entire family got extremely ill. We all had fevers and chills, body aches, and we just wanted to sleep all day long. It was worse than any sickness that we had encountered all winter long, which is usually when the worst illnesses it our house. I got sick first, so I started to mend first. Even though I still wasn’t feeling the greatest, I wanted to do something to make my family feel better.

I knew that when I was younger and sick, I always just wanted to have chicken noodle soup when I wasn’t feeling good. I had seen a very simple recipe on All Recipes a few weeks prior to that and I knew there was a reason that I wrote it down. I took to the kitchen and got to work.

Even though it wasn’t the homemade soup that my mom used to make, it was still very good, and it was very easy to put together when I wasn’t feeling my best. The whole family really enjoyed it…. as much as they could for being sick. I can see this being a meal that we have a lot in the future when the plague hits the house again!
