No Mumbo-Jumbo, Just A Delicious No-Knead Homemade Bread!

I am a HUGE fan of bread.  I love it with every single meal, and honestly, a lot of times, it is the main item on my dish.  I surround myself with so many different ways to make this and I absolutely love it.  I go to restaurants based on their bread options (my favorites are The Cheesecake Factory, Outback and Longhorn’s…I guess you could say I like brown bread!) and will stop going to a place if they do not have good bread.

I am the person that orders a side of bread at Panera Bread even if my soup came in a bread bowl.  Yup, that is definitely me. Well anyway, the other day I decided I wanted to try my hand at making bread again.

I typically have such a hard time making it because of how long it takes, and how much work it is.  I have bad luck with yeast and my hands get tired from kneading, not to mention my stomach from waiting.  But, I discovered this recipe and it has been a lifesaver! My bread is ready in no time, filled with the perfect amount of softness on the inside and crusty on the outside.
