Don’t Be Overwhelmed By All Of The Flavors- Just Enjoy The Surprise Inside This Bundt Cake

I love surprises- at least good surprises. It feels nice to be caught off guard as long as it’s good news. Birthday surprises for example are really nice. But scaring someone is not nice. I remember wasting a beautiful cake just because my brother scared me from behind while I was bringing it to the table. Granted, we were still kids back then, but that was a really delicious chiffon cake. That type of surprise earned my brother a face-the-wall moment for an hour. He also didn’t get to eat dessert.

I also love surprising people because I want to see the look on their faces whenever they see something unexpected. I surprised my husband all the time, but my favorite has to be his reaction regarding the baseball glove. I had it autographed by a famous baseball player through a friend.

The look on his face was priceless; it’s one of my most favorite moments. My husband knows how to appreciate gifts regardless of the kind and I love him for that. I love making people happy too; and if a surprise will bring a smile on their faces, I will do it.

This cheesecake swirled carrot bundt cake by Betty Crocker has a creamy surprise inside. You will love this I think, because it’s a classic. So what else are you waiting for- get the copy of the recipe on the next page!
