Bring A Smile To Everyone’s Face With This Easy Skillet Lasagna!

I have a confession. When I was in college, I used to watch this show at a cooking channel that taught you to make meals in thirty minutes or less. Since my friends and I were pretty much tightened our belts during that time, we lived on those meals. They’re really affordable and easy to make, even though they’re not really healthy. But working college students didn’t have much choice and we just enjoyed those recipes down to the last morsel.

I did better than my husband. That guy lived in the dorms and mostly ate hotdogs and take-out pizzas. But of course, now that we have our family, we’re trying to cut off on such types of food.

If we could make everything at home, we would try to make everything at home. We make homemade pizzas, ice cream, and even hamburgers. It’s just different when you use raw ingredients, and as a mother and a wife, that eases my mind.

This one skillet lasagna recipe from Taste of Home is a delicious pasta dish that you can easily make at home. It tastes as good as oven-baked lasagna, but a whole lot easier because it’s cooked in a skillet. Imagine having an amazing meal in a few minutes!
