This Amazing Green Bean Mushroom Casserole Can’t Be Beat!

What I love about this green bean mushroom casserole is that it’s really easy to put together and it’s also very healthy. It has green beans, which are very healthy vegetables. Then it also has mushrooms, which give that unique taste to every dish it’s being put to.

And the best thing is, even though this is actually a vegetable dish, it will still be a liked, if not loved, by anyone you will serve it to. It tastes really amazing! All of the flavors in this dish just mix together to create one glorious dish. And you don’t have to do a lot for this dish. It’s one of the easiest casseroles you will every make.

This green bean mushroom casserole is perfect for brunch. I once served this to a group of friends who announced their arrival just a few hours before. I was panicking because while our fridge was stocked that week, I didn’t have the time to prepare anything fancy.

It was fortunate that these were my long-time friends; and they would understand if I wasn’t able to prepare something really nice for them. But me being the host didn’t want to disappoint my guests. I wanted them to feel welcome and the only way to do that was to make sure that I could at least serve them good food.

I remembered about this casserole in the last second and I was able to pull it off! It was a big hit! The casserole dish that I used was empty after the visit.

Quick Tip: You can make Green Bean and Mushroom Casserole the day before and store it in a mixing bowl, covered, in the refrigerator.   But, be sure to leave out the French fried onions to your overnight version – nothing worse than soggy French fried onions.
