Joanna’s Salted Caramel Icebox Cheesecake Made Everyone’s Day!

This salted caramel ice box cheesecake made everyone in my family gush with delight. It happened during one weekend when my cousin Joanna and her husband visited us. They live in another state, but they came to check over a property that her husband wanted to purchase for one of his clients.

Joanna stayed with me the whole day while her husband was doing the negotiations. My twins were really happy to have someone to play with them while their mother was busy. And since Joanna already has a kid, she’s really very good with the twins. I felt like I had a smile to my face the whole day because it’s nice to hear my sons’ laughter while I was working.

In the afternoon, Joanna volunteered to make the dinner for us. But she said she would be starting with dessert because while it’s not a difficult recipe, it’s something that took time to make. So I allowed her to. I didn’t even disturb her because I knew she always wanted silence when she’s cooking.

During dinner, when our husbands both arrived, we were served the most delicious dessert. Joanna called it salted caramel icebox cheesecake recipe. She got it online and everyone in her family loved it. Well, my family loved it too. You should see our faces! We were probably all wearing the same pleasurable faces after taking a scoop of this wonderful dessert!
