Here’s To Friendships And Casseroles!

Well, let me tell you, ever since my friend brought it over to me, I have been looking for opportunities to bless others with it.  You will be surprised how much need there is all around you when you take a moment to pause and think of who would like this.  Well, I have been making this for all my friends, no matter what the occasion, and not only are they so grateful, but they cannot believe how absolutely amazing this tastes.  I mean, I am telling you, this is such a perfect dish!

Check out what our friends over at Penny Pincher Jenny had to say about this:

“The second time I did up two larger casserole dishes instead of these three smaller casserole pans pictured and we froze one and cooked one!!!   We served this with breadsticks and a salad!!”

I also always freeze one! Makes for an easy meal for later and still so delicious!

Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef

1 (48 oz) jar Barilla spaghetti sauce

2-3 tbsp minced garlic (original recipe calls for 3-4 garlic cloves, minced, or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)

1 (16 oz) pkg medium egg noodles

1/2 cup Land O’ Lakes margarine or butter

I used a dash of minced onion (Original recipe calls for 3/4 tsp onion powder or 1/2 onion)

1/2 cup grated Kraft Parmesan cheese

12 oz shredded Kraft mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350, begin the meat browning and start the egg noodles boiling

Strain meat and noodles when they are done

Put Hamburger in a 9X13 pan with the sauce and seasonings

Put egg noodles in pan removed from heat and mix with butter and parm cheese

Spread half the sauce mixture over the bottom of both pans

Spread noodles over the sauce mixture

Spread the remaining sauce over noodle

Top with mozzarella cheese

Then either freeze or cook till cheese is melted!!

Mine takes about 10 minutes when everything was just prepared!
