One of our friends over at Miss Home Made has this to say about this recipe:

“This homemade chicken and biscuit casserole is comfort food at its best.”

It is indeed comfort food! It will remind you of home. Our mothers always cooked casseroles for us when we’re still kids, right? Actually, even grandma. Grandma made the best casseroles that my aunts and my mom and my uncles had adapted. Casseroles always remind me of home and of childhood.

1/2 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup potatoes, sliced
1 TBS McCormick garlic powder
1 TBS McCormick onion powder
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
