You’ll Go Nuts With The Crunch Of This Potato Crusted Salmon!

I always search for salmon recipe that my family will love. My husband loves fish as much as he loves meat; and salmon is something that he couldn’t say no to. His favorite is parmesan baked salmon, which is something that I make once in a while whenever I am in the mood for something fancy for dinner. My sons love salmon too. They love the tenderness and the moist quality of the fish meat, something that other fish meat doesn’t possess. Whenever salmon is on the menu, I always expect empty plates and sunny smiles that can light up the entire kitchen.

Last time, I tried this potato crusted salmon recipe. I wanted something new to serve my family; something that doesn’t taste too extoci, but flavorful enough for them to appreciate. Usually, when I try to cook a new dish, my twins won’t eat them. It will take them about a couple of more days before they try the recipe. However, this one they absolutely adored! They loved the crunch of the crust and they love the flavors going on in the salmon pieces. The complete recipe for this potato crusted salmon can be found on the next page. I hope you will all enjoy this!
