Better Than P.F. Chang’s Mongolian Beef

The very first date night my husband and I went on after we got married was to P.F. Chang’s. We had been given a gift card for our wedding to enjoy for a date night and we decided to make it our first one. Neither of us are huge fans of Asian food, but we figured we would give it a try since we had the gift card. We really had nothing to lose since we were not paying for the dinner ourselves.

Well, after browsing the menu thoroughly, Mongolian Beef caught our attention. My cousin goes to P.F. Chang’s quite often and raves about their Mongolian beef so I figured this would be a great time to give it a try. I ordered it and decided to share it with my husband. We knew the servings here were quite large. So, after a long wait, we received a steaming hot plate of Mongolian beef. On the side, we asked for white rice. Typically, we would go for the fried rice, but we decided we wanted to let the Mongolian Beef shine so we went with white to soak in all the saucy goodness that comes with it. I have to say, it was pretty darn good!
