Better Than P.F. Chang’s Mongolian Beef

With this awesome recipe you can now make Mongolian beef at home… In the slow cooker! I mean, get it can any easier than that? The beef is tender and since it is simmering in that wonderful sauce for a long, long time, it gets this amazing flavor! The sauce is also quite delicious to enjoy even after all the meat is gone! It is a bit sweet which is a nice little surprise.
