These Pork Chops Are So Juicy And Tender, They’ll Melt In Your Mouth

Boy, it had been ages since the last time I had made pork chops! I’m not even sure why; I really like pork chops, they are inexpensive and they make such a tasty meal when combined with your favorite side dish (for me that would be mashed potatoes with garlic!) My Mom used to make pork chops quite often when I was a child, but I never got tired of them. I guess I’ve had some bad luck with the recipes I’ve tried, because somehow it always seemed like the pork chops I made turned a little dry and, well, not as delicious as I had expected.

When I came across this recipe I just couldn’t help but give it a try! Mainly because it didn’t take much prep work and I could just let the slow cooker work its magic. Letting these babies cook on low heat for a few hours really makes all the difference!

Or you can use my Mom’s recipe. Brown the pork chops. In the same pan, add one sliced onion and a can of cream of mushroom soup mixed with a can of red wine. Pour over pork chops. Cover and simmer until tender.
