It’s Your One-Stop Cheesy Pork Rice Skillet Recipe

Whenever I go out of town or out of the country, it’s inevitable for relatives and for friends to ask souvenirs. I do the same to my friends- I call them, wish them a good journey, and in a cheeky voice, I will say: “Bring me something back.” Admit it- friends do that to each other, most especially long-time friends. I could never disappoint my friends. So I wrote all of the things they wanted from Japan and I told them I would try my best to get those back for them.

I am super excited- we will be flying next week to Tokyo to experience Cherry Blossoms! It’s our sons’ first overseas trip and I just know they’re going to enjoy the plane ride. Those boys have always wanted to ride a plane ever since they received their first plane toys from their Dad.

Well guess what, boys- you are going to ride a real life plane next week! I think I am more excited than them. Well, as a mom, I would love to see them really happy.

Before we leave the comforts of our home for an adventure, I would like to share this new casserole dish that I tried just recently. It’s an easy one-skillet recipe that has everything you want on it. The richness and easiness of this recipe will surprise you.
