Loaded Potato Soup That’s Fit For Any Belly

Who says anything about a diet? Whenever some of my friends talk about dieting with me, I really don’t know what to say anymore. I used to be a part of those who think they need to diet all the time, but this changed when I finally had a family. What’s more important to me now is that I am healthy enough and happy enough to enjoy the good things in life with them. Food is definitely one of those.

But it doesn’t mean I am not health conscious every now and then. In fact, I am more health conscious now; but instead of merely for myself, I feel like this for my family. I always search for recipes that are healthy and yummy at the same time.

The tricky thing about this type of thinking is that I don’t want to deprive them of the good things too. So I allow them to indulge in pizzas, ice cream, and other not-so-healthy but delicious things. But this is always in moderation of course!

Just like this loaded potato soup recipe from The Cookie Rookie. It’s so flavorful and light at the same time; giving us Mothers the best of both worlds. My family is in love with this soup recipe because of all the flavors going on in here.

It’s healthier too because it’s made from potatoes. Potatoes have a lot of nutrients that are good for the body. You’ll feel less guilty about making this for that sole reason.

Enjoy this soup to the fullest!
