Who doesn’t like biscuits and gravy raise your hand… nobody?
That’s what I thought. I don’t think I have ever met anyone that doesn’t like a nice homemade biscuit covered in a hearty gravy. Well, there is my sister who could live without it but she will eat it if that’s what we have for a meal. So, when we were going to stay at the lake house last year, that’s when I decided that was the dish I was going to bring. My sister suggested maybe doing a casserole of some kind, just to save on dishes and time.
That was one idea I could hop on board with. I figured I would just switch my menu item to a traditional breakfast casserole, until I found this biscuits and gravy one on Just A Pinch. How perfect is that?
I’m not so sure sister Sarah was thrilled with the plan, but everyone else that was there really enjoyed it. My brother-in-law Don even asked me to make it again the next time I go up there. Will do Don!
