Pumpkin Patch Spice Bread – It’s A Festive Fall Staple For Every Table

Last year, my husband and I traveled to Mount Dora, in South Florida.

It was a fun, quaint little town with very little to do, but so relaxing. It was more of a retirement community, but my husband and I are both very chill and relaxed people so we knew we’d fit right in. We really enjoyed the laid back feel and how much everyone loved to relax and just enjoy the quiet time there. The sunsets were gorgeous, the nature was amazing to be in, and the food? Yeah, it was delicious! We so loved trying their seafood since they pride themselves in catching the dinner they serve and we loved every bit of our time there.

We stayed at a bed and breakfast that we found online. It was a gorgeous, Victorian themed home with massive rooms filled with floral wallpaper and furniture from that time. The owners were an elderly couple who greeted us with so much joy.

After a nice chat with them, they informed us they’d be serving breakfast at 9am sharp. We headed downstairs at the time the following morning to learn that we were the only guests, yet they had laid out a beautiful table scape with delectable foods to enjoy. One of their signature dishes they made was an amazing pumpkin bread. I had never tried it, but it was so amazing full of pumpkin and spices that were out of this world delicious. I was in love with pumpkin bread from that day on.
