Hot dogs and baked beans go together like peas and carrots in this casserole.
But don’t worry, there aren’t any silly peas and carrots in this casserole LOL! Those are the words of my 11-year-old. I’m always telling him he needs to learn to enjoy eating vegetables instead of being so picky or else he won’t grow. I did, however, serve this casserole with a side salad and he ate that. It was smothered in Ranch dressing but at least he ate it, right? Anyway, if you’re looking for an easy weeknight meal this is the ticket. It’s simple to make and tastes uh-mazing.
I want to give a shout out to Food.Com for this delicious recipe. I am so thankful for their well-written and thoughtful dinner ideas. i don’t know where I’d be without the internet, sometimes.
