I don’t know about you guys and gals but I sure do love a tender=cooked roast. This roast is extra-special, though as it includes apples and sauteed onions. Yum! The flavors that are brought out in the pork are so tasty. I really think that the apples and onions aid the pork in becoming juicier and more tender. What do you guys and gals think? The meat is just so succulent and yummy! I could eat this roast for days.
I served this pork roast on a Sunday afternoon and my kids and husband gobbled it up like nobody’s business. It was seriously THAT good. I didn’t even have enough leftovers to make a stew for the next day’s dinner. Imagine that!
