Did You Know This Is How The King Ate His Crepes?

If there’s one thing that I know for sure about my Grandma, it’s the fact that she loves Elvis Presley. When she and I were both younger and I would go over there for a visit, you could almost guarantee that she would have his music going on her old record player. Sure, we had more advanced musical players by then, but she loved those old records. I really enjoyed listening to them with her too. Those are some of my most cherished childhood memories. Moments that I will never forget.

When Grandma was having her 90th birthday party, we decided that we would do it all completely Elvis themed from the music and decorations, down to the foods. She was so happy when she walked in and saw what we had done, a little tear fell from eye.

The dish that I made where crepes, just like Elvis would have enjoyed them: full of peanut butter! The other tropical flavors really set them off and made them one of the most loved dishes at the party.
