We had some family and a few friends coming over to kick of the summer for a BBQ. I was pumped. It was expected to be a beautiful weekend. My son and husband had gotten the swimming pool all ready for the guests. My daughter and I did all the cleaning and planted some fresh flowers. The backyard looked ready for a party. I was ready to entertain too. The last thing I had to do was plan out the menu. I had to feed these people after all.

I was going to do steaks and chicken, but we didn’t have enough money in the budget. I didn’t want to disappoint anyone though, so I had to find something fabulous. That’s when I can upon this recipe from All Recipes.

Of course, beer-soaked brats! Everyone loves those. These were relatively inexpensive to make, they were super easy, and all the people at the party had at least one. It was a perfect way to start the season!
