This Fancy Looking Pasta Is Surprisingly Simple!

I was recently invited to my first book club meeting ever. I was new to the town, and I hadn’t met a whole lot of people yet. I certainly didn’t have any friends that I could call if I needed something in the area. I wanted to make a good impression, but I didn’t want to give off the vibe that I was trying too hard. I asked the host if there was something that I could bring, and she told me that a nice pasta salad would be good. Everyone loves pasta so that was an excellent idea!

Not wanting to seem like I was taking the easy way out, I went on my computer to see if I could find something that looked fancy but wasn’t going to take a ton of work to prepare. After all, we were still pretty busy getting settled into the house. That’s when I found this recipe on Living Healthy In Seattle.

The first thing that caught my eye was the way the dish looked. It was kind of spectacular, almost like something you would get at a restaurant. I hoped all my potential new friends felt the same way!
