Watermelon Salsa: Perfect For Summer!

You can serve this immediately, and it tastes awesome. I like to let it chill in the fridge for a couple of hours if I can though, so that the different flavors have a chance to mash together into what it’s really supposed to taste like. You can add and subtract whatever fresh vegetables you like here, you really can’t mess it up. When you don’t know what to do with all those yummy foods from the garden, whip this together! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at The Pioneer Woman:

“I love that there’s no garlic, almost no salt, nothing gloppy or oily; that it’s just pure summer freshness in a bowl and that the flavors are allowed to just do their thing!”

The fruits and veggies speak for themselves in this tasty salsa dish.
