Super Easy & Fully Loaded Apple Pull Apart Bread

My youngest daughter’s birthday was coming up, she was going to be 7! I couldn’t believe that my little baby was going to be 7 already. As part of our family tradition, as I’m sure is the same with a lot of families, she got to decide what kind of cake she wanted to be served after dinner with her presents. She has always had quite the creative streak in her, so I figured she would pick some flavors that were pretty unusual, but I wasn’t really prepared for what she came up with.

She wanted me to make apple pie… say what? I had never made an apple pie in my life, or any other pie for that matter. I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t want to ruin her special dessert, so I started poking around at recipes to see what I could do. I found this recipe for apple pull apart bread on Julie’s Eats & Treats and thought, this is something I can handle.

I showed the bread to my daughter and she enthusiastically agreed that she would go for it instead of the pie….whew…. dodged one there. This went together so easy, and it didn’t have to be pretty for it to taste amazing! My daughter, and the rest of the family, really enjoyed it.
