Sweet And Simple Warm Lemon Pudding Cake

I love lemon. I don’t know if it’s an unhealthy love or not, but it’s there I can tell you that much. I can’t drink water without lemon in it. I love lemon flavored candies. When I found this recipe on Mandy’s Recipe Box for lemon pudding cake I figured that someone out there wrote it just for me. There was no doubt in my mind that I was going to make it as soon as possible. I jotted down the ingredients and printed out the instructions for the near future.

It just so happened that my church was hosting an event later on in the week and they asked if I could bring a dessert. Well certainly! I kind of regret not making one just for myself first, because I could have easily eaten the whole thing. I know how now though so I can do that later.

Everyone that tasted it really enjoyed the light and crisp flavor. It’s the most summery dessert that I think I’ve ever had. Plus it’s versatile, so if you don’t like lemon, you can swap out those ingredients for something else.
