Have You Ever Had Lazy Day Lasagna Casserole? Now’s A Great Time!

One of my all time favorite foods is lasagna… right next to pizza and a variety of other pasta dishes. I am often referred to as Garfield by my family solely based on my heating habits. If you’ve ever seen the cartoon or read the funny in your newspaper, you know what I’m talking about. If you haven’t, you should… that little cat is hilarious. Anyways, I love the lasagna in traditional forms, but I don’t always have the energy or the time to make up a big pan like I would prefer. Thank goodness there are other options out there for me so that I don’t have to go without my favorite food.

I found a recipe for lazy day lasagna on This Silly Girl’s Life and was pretty sure that it was written just for me. I couldn’t wait to make it for myself… and of course the rest of the family… but mainly myself. I grabbed up all the ingredients on my way home from work after a busy day.

This went together so easily, and it was pretty cheap to buy. The flavor was amazing, everyone at the table agreed on that. I am going to be making this again this weekend, just because. I deserve to be lazy on the weekend once in a while, right?

Quick Tip: Store-bought fresh ravioli saves another step because it’s already cooked!
