Tantalizing One-Pot Tortellini & Sausage

This is one of my favorite meals to make on busy weeknights. There aren’t a whole of ingredients so you can easily keep what you need on hand or even take a quick trip to the grocery store and grab what you need. You’ll be in and out in just a few minutes! Then, you can have a homemade meal on the table in less than an hour. Serve with a salad and dinner roll and supper is done! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Tried And Tasty:

“Ready in 30 minutes, tasty enough for the whole family, and with the addition of sausage it’s a hearty filling dinner you’ll love!”

Everyone in my family gobbles this right up. Good thing it makes a big pan!

Ingredients

1 pkg. Johnsonville Better with Cheddar Smoked Sausage Links, sliced

1/2 medium onion, chopped

1 (20 oz.) pkg. three cheese tortellini

1 (24 oz.) Ragu marinara

1 (15 oz.) Alfredo sauce

1/2 c. shredded Kraft mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Cook tortellini according to directions, drain and set aside. In the same pan brown Better with Cheddar Smoked Sausage Links with onion for 5-7 minutes or until onion is tender.

Add back in tortellini. Add marinara and Alfredo and toss to coat. Return to stove and heat on medium high until warmed throughout.

Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese; broil on high for five minutes. Serve immediately.
