This Creamy Salad Is Just What the Doctor Ordered!

This season calls for fresh salad recipes; at least that’s how I think. Am I the only one who associate spring with salad? My husband says salad reminds him more of summers, when everything looks fresher, brighter, and more colorful. I told him it’s a matter of perspective- spring makes everything looks fresher, brighter, and more colorful. I almost forgot how much of a fan he is of summer. Anyway, regardless of the season, I always make salad.

While I usually make fresh green salad as a side dish to rich dishes, there are times when I make mayo or cream-based salad. My family adores both types of salad, but it’s obvious how much they appreciate the latter more.

This creamy chicken pasta salad recipe that I am about to share with you reminds me of my Mom’s chicken pasta salad. Hers was so much simpler though- just pasta, mayo, chicken strips, carrots, and chopped onions. However, it really tastes so good that I adapted it and make it for my family.

Don’t tell my Mom, but this version can give her salad a run for its money. This is flavorful yet not overwhelming. You are going to love the subtle fusion of flavors in this simple salad recipe.

If I were you, I will try this recipe now. You can surprise your family today with this superb chicken pasta salad recipe.
