Make Tasty Mongolian Beef For Dinner Tonight!

If I will consider any one of my guy friends as my guy best friend, it would have to be Ryo. Ryo has a dry sense of humor that matches perfectly with mine. When the two of us argue over something, no one wins because we’ll just keep throwing sarcastic remarks towards each other. However, beneath his snarkiness, there lays a southern gentleman heart and charm that he always hides. I asked him once why he’s hiding those qualities. He told me that he never hid them. It’s just that he was waiting for someone to unravel who he really is inside.

I thought it was romantic and I told him so. It earned me a friendly glare. Then I asked him what’s the qualities he’s looking for in a woman because I have other friends that I could ask him to consider.

He told me it didn’t work that way. He said he wanted a love story that can rival that of his parents. His parents didn’t meet each other until after college.

They weren’t one of those long-time friends who fell in love. Fate simply put them together and voila! Instant Ryo! Kidding, kidding.

He said he wanted his girl to be a paradox; someone who will keep surprising him even when they’re already married. Well, I hope that one-of-a-kind girl exists, Ryo!

Anyway, please check out this recipe that I’m about to share with you. This Mongolian beef recipe tastes so flavorful that you wouldn’t ask for anything else. I hope you will enjoy this one-of-a-kind taste!

Quick Tip: For the bite slices: Tilt the blade of your knife at about a forty five degree angle to the top of the steak so that you get wider cuts.
