Start Your Weekend Right With This Chewy Hot Chocolate Fudge!

Perfect for every occasion, you can bring this hot chocolate fudge to reunions, potlucks, or even simple gatherings. You can never go wrong with this because it’s chocolate! Everyone loves a really good chocolate dessert. And I am sure that hot chocolate fudge is considered one fine chocolate dessert.

“It is perfect for parties and edible holiday gifts. This fudge gets a lot of ooooohs and aaaaahs. Not just because it tastes awesome but everybody loves that it looks like a mug of hot chocolate in fudge form.”

This hot chocolate fudge recipe is an instant hit to my friends and family. They gobble these lovelies up faster than I could say, “fudge”. They are truly in love with these and I can’t blame them! This hot chocolate fudge is hard to resist!

 

Ingredients

2 Cups Toll House Dark Chocolate Chips

14 ounces Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk – divided

1 Cup Toll House White Chocolate Chips

1½ Cups Kraft Mallow Bits (mini hot chocolate marshmallows)

 

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl; combine white chocolate chips with 3 Tablespoons sweetened condensed milk.
  2. In a separate bowl; combine dark chocolate chips with remaining sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Line a square 9×9 pan with foil and generously grease with butter or shortening.
  4. Microwave dark chocolate 30 seconds, stir. Microwave 15 seconds then stir vigorously until chocolate is smooth. Transfer mixture into prepared pan and spread into an even layer.
  5. Microwave white chocolate 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Spread mixture on top of dark chocolate layer.
  6. Top with mini marshmallows then gently press down.
  7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to set.
  8. Remove fudge and foil from pan. Carefully peel all foil from fudge.
  9. Cut fudge into bite sized pieces and serve.

Quick Tip: If you are having problems with the consistency, try these steps: use 2 cups of both chocolate & white chips. Divide the condensed milk equally.
