I used to hate tomato soup. I’m not even kidding! I like tomatoes but there was just something about turning them into a soup that made me cringe. It took me quite a while to understand why I felt that way. It’s all about the spices, people! Ever since I made my first tomato soup using the right kind of seasoning, I’ve been crazy about it. And I keep searching for new recipes to see if I can find the perfect one.
This one here is pretty close to perfection, I tell ya! And I love how lean this is – it’s such a tasty way to try and cut down on those extra calories. I sure have been getting too much of those lately, but I don’t want to go on a diet that makes me feel like I can’t enjoy food anymore. With this soup, I don’t have to. It’s so delicious I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I still wouldn’t get tired of it!
